Malaysia have various types of traditional games. So one of our internship, Miya san, went for sight seeing in Malacca which is Malaysia's historic sight seeing place.
So then he bought one of Malaysia traditional game which "Congkak". Congkak is a game where you have to use your brain to play it. Just like Chess board game.

Basically Congkak have 6 or 7 holes (depend on the size) and fill in with 6 or 7 marbles following the amount of holes. So both players begin simultaneously by scooping up all the seeds in any house on their side. Each drops a seed into the next house and continues clockwise depositing one seed into every house thereafter. A player drops a seed into his storehouse each time he passes it but does not deposit any into his opponent's storehouse.
There's a trick to win the game that is by counting the amount of marbles and manipulated your opponent. Miyazaki san play against Nabila one of our local internship. Miyazaki san was a fast learner and he won the game twice. It was fun and was a great experience for Miyazaki san to learn about Malaysia traditional game.
