For the benefit of the internship students, they do not need to pay the rent but instead of that they can pay the electricity and water bill by dividing the amount of the bill with 4 people in the house.

Serin Residency have so many facilities. For instance, they have swimming pool, basketball court, table tennis and many more. Their security service also very good as they really took care of the residence really well.
