MIKI

I am MIKI from Japan. I am 23 years old and I am university student in Tokyo. I came to Malaysia to learn English and try to internship.

Before I have joined Beyond Borders, I had been to English language school for 4 months. My English skills improved than before I came to Malaysia. However, it was not fluent and perfect English. I did not have confident to try to internship which uses English.

However, when I was looking for internship in Malaysia, I found the internship of Beyond Borders. I have to use English to work in this company, but they told me the most important thing to join their company is a spirit of challenging.

I was interested in start-up companies and wanted to challenge various things in company in Malaysia, then I decided to apply for Beyond Borders.

After joining this company, I have learned many things. I have challenged sales, marketing and human resource of internship. My main department is human resource of internship now. I had orientation for new internship students when they started joining our company and prepared to be applied for Beyond Borders.

I certain that I can experience various things because of this company. My English skills has more improved through this internship. It is really fun for me to meet with international co-worker.
