Hey guys, Shakinah Azman is here. So literally I am now doing my internships with Japanese company which is located in Cyberjaya. So this is my final semester, I studied in Diploma Information and Technology in Multimedia University, which is the best University!
So why did i choose to do my internships with Beyond Borders? Well at first my target was to get A big company that is located everywhere in Cyberjaya, but unfortunately there aren't many respondent. I manage to get 4 company including Beyond Borders.
So as time goes by, Beyond Borders ask me to come and do some interview.
As usual, nervous is always on me. My first impression is when i need to go to the interview is I need to be punctual and well prepared. Because on what I see or heard about Japanese people, they are so strict and very very punctual in working time and very determine. That is why Japan is one of the best country. Malaysian people always look through or refer to Japan.
I did my interview with them, and guess what it is not what as I expected! They are so friendly and welcoming me with warm heart. I have never expected that. When I came to the office to do my interview, it feels so comfortable and feels like " I think this is the company that I would like to do my internships".
I did pass the interview and I need to decide which company. So my family and friends told me advice me to broaden my experience and knowledge with multi-cultural company. and yet I did choose Beyond Borders. Plus I also recommend to one of my best mate to have her internships in Beyond Borders. She pass the interview and she joined together with me. We have been getting along together since 2014 and coincidentally we are taking the same Major in our University. Well its our faith!

I get to be close and get along with my Japanese colleague so well. Goto lunch together, learning new things about their culture and language. On top of that, I have the most funny and mischief boss I ever had. Tamamura - San is our general manager that always take care of his employee or internships really well. And I also get to know more about Japanese people when i'm around Miki - chan. One female girl in Beyond Borders that likes to eat desserts and sweet!

Even thou Beyond Borders is a real estate company, I wanted to have a marketing background so that I have experience it many ways. My task for everyday is inserting data or information about a property, so basically I am the administrator. I also will call Malaysia developers to get an interview with them. Once a week maybe our CEO Endo - san will visit us in Malaysia. He is in Tokyo Office.
Lastly I hope I will still keep in touch with all of my colleague and gain more benefits or experience in the company! You wont regret having your internships here. Because it is full of fun while doing your work! Arigato!
